We are a subsidiary of Chong Company Group of Companies and registered under CIDB with grade 7 Category B & CE. We are a renowned construction division of Chong Company Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 196301000111 (5009-W)] and have been constructing high and low rise residential and commercial buildings, factories, colleges, and industrial warehouses. Nevertheless, we are prepared to participate in the construction of bridges, highways, resorts & hotels etc. We have also successfully implemented a Quality Management System complying with MS ISO9001:2008 requirements and accredited by SIRIM QAS and UKAS on 8th February 2002. The scope of registration is Provision of Construction Services in Building and Infrastructure Works (excluding turnkey projects).

We have successfully completed Hill View Garden terrace houses, link houses & semi-d houses in Tanjung Bungah, Taman Pantai Indah link houses & semi-d houses in Pantai Jerjak, the Uplands International School in Batu Ferringhi, Sri Aman apartments & Sierra East condominium in Relau and Batu Maung warehouses.
